A multi-city roadshow using iPads

The Challenge
Create an interactive event app to be used during a multi-city UK roadshow. The app should inform delegates about the event as well as be used to better understand audience opinions and understanding.

The Solution
Every attendee had an iPad set up on their table and we utilised our push content feature to ensure we delivered more insight and opinion from their audience, as we pushed polls and surveys direct to all iPads.

Personalised agendas instructed delegates what breakouts they had been assigned to and where they needed to go. Designs were changed to compliment the new city locations and presentations were shared on the iPads, giving delegates a second screen to review.

All Event information such as agenda and floorplans were hosted on the app to reduce print costs.
